Why Wear Christian Clothing?

A survey of Christian T-shirt wearers revealed 98% wear them to share their faith, and nearly 50% say they’ve been able to share Christ with an unbeliever because of a shirt’s message.  One out of fourteen report having helped an unbeliever come to know Christ after having a conversation that began because they wore a Christian T-shirt.

Those are pretty Powerful stats! However I want to ask some questions in this post that you can answer in comments here or on my blog , but first check out this video below of another way we can connect with people and share Christ!

Ok,  I will leave it a three questions, but to wrap things up – Wearing Christian Clothing is ultimately up to you. I choose to wear Christian Clothing because I want to always point to Jesus and  I can’t really do that just walking down the street in a $60 affliction shirt!  It’s not like Christians have a glowing “I’m a Christian” sign above them as they walk !  Your shirt can have a positive outcome in someones life, keep that in mind when you pick your shirt, pray about everything and make sure of your motives for wearing Christian Clothing can and maybe even Should be fashionable but your motives for wearing it should be about more than just a fashion statement!

Today, everything seems to be about the feminization  of men, men pointing blame on others and not taking responsibility for themselves or their choices. Why are men wearing pants tighter than a lot of women? Does this embody manhood?  This actually applies to women as well but narcissism among men is at an all time high, men today are so concerned with appearance and being the cool guy that they can’t get out of the mirror,when what they really need to do is point the mirror at their heart and realize that they need a heart change, not a new flashy wardrobe or an expensive car to determine their worth, a mans worth should be evident by who he is in Christ not who he is in “Christian Audigier” or “Affliction”.

• Pride ——-> Men you are not always right, it’s ok to take direction, admit fault and grow!
• Sexual temptation —-> Women don’t always make it easy, but we should look at women through lens of our Creator!
• Anger —–> Squash it! It’s just not worth it, the joy of the Lord is within you – holding on to Anger blocks out room for Love.
• Envy—–>  You’ve got Jesus homie, what could you possible be envious of?? He is all you need!
• It’s time for Repentance —–> Give it all to God, seek His forgiveness, admit you are fallen!
• It’s time to MAN UP! —> Simple, MAN UP!!
